JOB TITLE: Building Maintenance Technician SALARY: CI$50,000 - CI$70,000 pa WORKING HOURS: 40 HOURS PER WEEK TERM OF EMPLOYMENT : Full-Time We are seeking a Building Maintenance Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the inspection, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of building infrastructure and systems to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operation of facilities. DO YOU HAVE: A high school diploma (or equivalent) and a valid trade license A minimum of 5 yearsâ experience in building maintenance within Class A Commercial properties Strong HVAC experience in chilled water and DX systems Training and certification in electrical, plumbing, HVAC systems maintenance, Pool Operator and Man Lift operation A valid Cayman Islands driverâs license The ability to operate hand and power tools required, in a safe and efficient manner Strong knowledge of building, electrical, plumbing and MEP systems, including related equipment, tools, hazards and safety precautions Strong communication, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills The ability to perform physically demanding manual work for extended periods in varying and sometimes adverse conditions is required, including working in inclement weather and with regular exposure to dust and noise, as well as heavy lifting, prolonged standing, and climbing The willingness to travel between sites, work at heights, and work outside regular business hours as required The ability to read and interpret schematic drawings and blueprints (preferred) A commitment to safety, continuous improvement, and professional development WE WANT YOU TO: Inspect, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire life safety, and other building systems Diagnose faults using schematic drawings, manuals, and blueprints, and complete corrective maintenance efficiently Assess faulty equipment, determine repair or replacement needs, review manufacturer specifications and technical …

Scape Hammersmith Hours: 40 hours per week, shift patterns between 7am-8pm, Monday-Sunday. Onboarding: The successful candidate will be asked to complete a DBS check and provide references to cover the last 3 years. Maintenance Operative Hours: 40 hours per week to cover 7am-8pm, Monday-Friday. You will also be part of an on-call rota which will include evenings and weekends. Your Main Responsibilities Include Carry out reactive and preventative maintenance work (carpentry, tiling, basic plumbing, basic electrical, guttering, decorating, plastering, kitchen and bathroom maintenance and more) Carry out fault finding and leak investigations Carry out repairs and/or additional work arising from examinations and investigations Comply with Health & Safety processes and responsibilities Complete reports and paperwork as required Oversee and work alongside the maintenance team of your site and the work carried out Stock-taking (where appropriate) and keep records of stock levels Ensure that plant rooms and other maintenance areas are kept tidy, and equipment is checked on a regular basis. Apply Description Job Summary: The BESS Project Scheduler is responsible for developing, maintaining, and analyzing detailed project schedules for Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) projects. This role plays a critical part in ensuring projects are delivered on time by providing accurate schedule forecasts, identifying risks, and supporting project teams with data-driven insights across engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and energization phases. This role requires a strong leader that will take ownership of driving accurate and up to date scheduling across multiple projects as well as taking initiative to drive process improvements where there is an opportunity to improve.
