Let's create the future of AI in photography, together. About the Role This is a function-owner role, not an execution role. Aftershoot already invests seven figures a year into creators, and creator-led content is one of the biggest drivers of how photographers discover us. What we don't yet have is someone who owns it end to end: who decides where the money goes, which creators earn a renewal, what the content should actually say, and how we prove any of it worked. That's you. You'll set the strategy, own the budget, build the partner roster, and lead a small team of executives who handle day-to-day outreach and campaign management. Most of our creators are based in the US, so you'll be working across US time zones on a regular basis.
