You will manage the governance and quality of data in Smartsheet's source CRM system that supports the daily operations of our Sales organization. You will maintain data assets and establish relevant processes with the ultimate goal of making it easier for our Sales reps to find and understand the data they need. You will support our Sales analyst team scrubbing data and researching inconsistencies in reporting. This role reports to a Sr. Manager, Variable Compensation based in the US. This role is eligible for remote work within Costa Rica. You must reside in Costa Rica. You Will Lead changes and revisions to master data, metadata, and data hierarchies and affiliations within given guidelines Ensure that the Sales organization is operating off a single source of truth that can be reliably queried and accessed Perform initial data quality checks on extracted data Provide recommendations to leadership on needed updates or inputs into data governance policies, practices, and guidelines Other job duties as assigned.
