Tended is growing quickly and we're now recruiting for Project Managers to support our technology deployments on client sites around the UK. Tasks The Project Manager will oversee and coordinate the project, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with company objectives, and will take a hands-on role in delivering training directly to client users. Key responsibilities include planning and scheduling project work, organising and delivering client training, and producing clear written updates and reports for both internal and external stakeholders. Requirements Essential: You have significant experience in project management disciplines such as planning, managing risks, dependencies, issues, timelines, scope, deliverables and quality. You have experience delivering training or coaching to end users, ensuring they are confident and capable in using new technologies and processes. You instinctively take initiative to find and fix problems, thinking out of the box to find ways to make things better. You have experience with project management tools (such as Microsoft Project). You are able to work at weekends, bank holidays and/or overnight when required, to support deployments to shift workers. Strong organisational, leadership, and communication skills are essential You must be able to drive and have a full driving licence.
