Tasks Business Process Consultant - PLM Windchill Frankfurt,Germany- Remote ( occasional travel to client site once or twice in a month) 12months contract with possible extension Role Summary The Business Process Consultant Lead will drive the analysis, redesign, and harmonization of engineering lifecycle processes across business divisions. This role focuses on aligning engineering practices with the capabilities of the enterprise Windchill PLM platform and enabling business-led decision making for future process improvements. Key Responsibilities •Lead end-to-end analysis of existing engineering lifecycle processes across divisions. •Identify process inefficiencies, manual handovers, and system gaps affecting product development activities. •Define future engineering lifecycle processes aligned with industry best practices and PTC Windchill PLM capabilities. •Facilitate cross-functional workshops with engineering, manufacturing, and IT stakeholders. •Develop process documentation including workflow diagrams, operational procedures, and responsibility matrices. •Establish standardized engineering processes across multiple business units where appropriate. •Support business case creation for process improvements and technology enhancements. •Guide requirements intake and prioritization for improvements within the PTC Windchill PLM environment. •Ensure process designs comply with enterprise architecture and data governance standards. •Support organizational change enablement activities including training and communication.
