The Bermuda Airport Authority is responsible for delivering a range of essential air navigation services at the L.F. Wade International Airport including air traffic control, ground electronics, meteorological and aeronautical information services. On behalf of the Government of Bermuda, the Authority also oversees the performance of Skyport and its 30-year concession to operate, maintain and redevelop the airport. The Authority invites motivated and qualified applicants to join our team of dedicated professionals as an Air Traffic Engineering Technician . This role supports the operation of a range of facilities, systems and equipment including but not limited to communication, navigation, surveillance; electronic; detection; display; meteorological; and information and communications technology equipment, by carrying out preventative and corrective maintenance services. Also evaluates, troubleshoots, repairs, installs, modifies, commissions and de-commissions equipment as required. Duties include but are not limited to: ⢠Conducting daily inspections, performance tests, and maintenance activities for equipment and systems. ⢠Reporting unusual occurrences or difficulties to the Maintenance Coordinator. ⢠Enforcing safety protocols and maintaining a clean, hazard-free work area. ⢠Assisting with on-the-job training programs. ⢠Keeping the Maintenance Coordinator informed of unserviceable equipment, maintenance challenges, and spare parts requirements. ⢠Completing installations of systems, equipment, and data processing tools. ⢠Ensuring all ATE equipment operates to the satisfaction of its users. Amentum is seeking a Diver to join our team on Andros Island, Bahamas to support the Atlantic Undersea Test and Evaluation Center (AUTEC) mission. Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret US Government Clearance. Note: US Citizenship is required to obtain a Secret Clearance. Essential Responsibilities: Perform strictly limited âNo Decompressionâ dives at a depth no greater than 100 feet of seawater while utilizing open circuit SCUBA and associated diving equipment to recover, inspect, repair, install, and remove devices from USN marine vessels and structures. Operate and maintain the diving air systems per OSHA Diving Air Standards. Operate and maintain diving equipment (tanks, regulators, mask, fins, etc.) as required to support diving operations. Operate forklift and overhead cranes per OSHA/NAVFAC standards. Operate Tractor Trailer per NAVSEA Standards Operate and maintain underwater camera and video equipment. Operate and maintain the dive boat and associated support equipment. Perform ordnance/target handling, transporting, and recovery operations. Perform other duties as assigned. Minimum Requirements: 4 years related experience working in military diving or OSHA commercial Air Diving or related professional environment. High school diploma or GED required. Association of Commercial Diving Educators Certification or equivalent Military Certification.
