We are looking for a Real Estate Finance Advisor who is currently active in the United Kingdom market and has up-to-date market intelligence. This is a flexible, paid consulting engagement of up to 2 hours per month. What you will do Provide concise written or recorded commentary on current developments, market shifts and likely business outcomes. Review articles, reports and forecast assumptions for accuracy, especially in real estate lending, underwriting, debt and equity structures, valuations, refinancing, development finance and capital markets. Explain the practical implications for companies, investors and decision-makers. Contribute insight that may be featured in Authority content and major industry news outlets. When relevant, consider separate market advisory opportunities with organizations in our client base. Requirements At least 5 years of relevant professional experience. Currently operating in the United Kingdom market with up-to-date local market intelligence. Firsthand exposure to important financial, commercial or investment decisions in this field. Ability to explain complex issues clearly and concisely. A valid LinkedIn profile showing relevant experience. Engagement details Independent consulting contract. Remote within the United Kingdom. Up to 2 paid consulting hours per month. Flexible assignments, primarily short commentary and occasional calls. Additional advisory work may be offered separately based on fit and client demand. Hi, wir sind Vino Digital. Wir sind die E-Commerce-Agentur für Winzer und bringen unsere Partnerweingüter mit guten Shops, klarer Kommunikation und wirksamen Werbeanzeigen nach vorne. Für unsere Videoprojekte suchen wir feste Freelance-Unterstützung: jemanden, der sicher in DaVinci Resolve Studio schneidet, KI selbstverständlich nutzt und vereinbarte Aufgaben zügig fertigstellt. Zum Start warten verschiedene bestehende Projekte und Re-Edits mit insgesamt etwa 10–20 Stunden Aufwand. Danach planen wir langfristig mit ungefähr 4–8 Stunden pro Monat , je nach Bedarf. Ab November/Dezember 2026 können längere Videos für TAFKA (unsere KI-Berartungssparte) als nächster Schritt dazukommen. Aufgaben Du übernimmst die Postproduktion in unseren bestehenden DaVinci-Projekten. Briefings, Rohmaterial, Assets, Vorlagen und dokumentierte Prozesse stellen wir dir bereit. Shortform für Vino Digital: Hochformat-Ads für unsere Partnerweingüter schneiden, bestehende Fassungen weiterbearbeiten und kleinere Re-Edits umsetzen. Sauberer Schnitt: gute Hooks, klares Tempo, passende B-Roll, Titel, natürliche Farbkorrektur und verständlichen Ton zusammenbringen. Im gemeinsamen Projekt arbeiten: Medien sauber verknüpfen, Timelines nachvollziehbar bearbeiten und finale Fassungen nach unserem Prozess exportieren. KI im Alltag nutzen: wiederkehrende Arbeitsschritte sinnvoll beschleunigen und selbstständig bessere Workflows vorschlagen. Perspektivisch Longform für TAFKA: Videos von etwa 5–10 Minuten mit modernem Schnitt, einem starken Einstieg in den ersten zehn Sekunden, Animationen und eingebetteten Visuals bearbeiten. HTML-Visuals: idealerweise angelieferte HTML-Inhalte mit Claude animieren und die Ergebnisse in die Videos einbetten. Untertitel ergänzen wir aktuell intern mit "Captions".
