Performance Creative Designer

Hi! This is the Flipper team . We are the creators of Flipper Zero — a portable device for tech enthusiasts and engineers. It’s a gadget with an awesome community that brings together millions of people around the world. We're building new products: Flipper One — a full-featured ARM-based computer running Linux in a compact form factor, powered by the Rockchip RK3576 SoC. BUSY Bar — a smart productivity multi-tool that helps users stay focused and minimize distractions. We're looking for a Performance Creative Designer with strong graphic design skills and experience using AI tools to create engaging advertising visuals for our products. Responsibilities: Create static and video advertising creatives for Meta, TikTok, and other digital platforms Turn briefs, concepts, references, and copy into high-quality visual assets Use AI image generation tools to create, enhance, and refine visual content Develop multiple creative variations for testing and optimization Adapt creatives to different formats and placements, including 1080x1920 and 1080x1350 Integrate product renders and generated visuals into realistic scenes and compositions Ensure product accuracy, including the shape, proportions, buttons, screens, and other details of our devices Make revisions based on feedback and continuously improve creative output Explore new AI tools and workflows to improve the creative production process Requirements: Experience in graphic design, digital advertising, or creative production Strong skills in Photoshop and familiarity with Figma Practical experience with AI image and video generation tools and workflows Video editing and motion graphic skills in Premiere Pro and After Effects Good understanding of composition, typography, color, lighting, perspective, and visual storytelling Ability to create realistic visuals and integrate products naturally into different environments Strong attention to detail, especially when working with product imagery Ability to work independen…
