What you'll do As a Senior Business Development Representative, your primary mission is to create qualified sales opportunities for our commercial team. You will proactively identify, engage, and nurture prospects across NHS Trusts, private healthcare providers, and other healthcare organizations. Your responsibilities include: Generating high-quality outbound leads through targeted prospecting activities Building and executing strategic outreach campaigns across phone, email, LinkedIn, and other channels Identifying key decision makers and understanding their challenges and priorities Qualifying opportunities and managing the early stages of the sales process Collaborating closely with Account Executives and Marketing to maximize pipeline creation Conducting market research to identify new growth opportunities Maintaining accurate prospect and activity data within our CRM Representing LOGEX professionally in meetings, conferences, and industry events Consistently achieving and exceeding pipeline generation targets What you'll bring We're looking for someone who is highly motivated, commercially driven, and passionate about creating opportunities.
