Deine Aufgaben Hands-on Datenanalyse & Data Science: Du analysierst unsere komplexen Daten und ziehst wertvolle Erkenntnisse mittels Data Mining, Clustering, Forecasting oder Recommendation Classification. Du stellst dabei die Korrektheit unserer Daten in den verschiedenen Systemen sicher. Datengetriebene Entscheidungen ermöglichen: Du analysierst unsere Daten, bereitest die Ergebnisse verständlich auf und leitest daraus konkrete strategische Maßnahmen ab. Dabei arbeitest du eng mit Produktmanagement, Community Management und Geschäftsführung zusammen – nicht im Elfenbeinturm, sondern als Sparringspartner auf Augenhöhe. Du verknüpfst quantitative Analysen mit dem qualitativen Feedback unserer Community, um fundierte Entscheidungen zu ermöglichen. und etablierst Best Practices wie Code Reviews und Dokumentation.
