We make it easier to get answers, access high-quality care quickly, and feel supported throughout treatment and beyond. Today, Thyme Care is a market-leading value-based oncology care enabler, partnering with national and regional health plans, providers, and employers to deliver better outcomes and lower costs for thousands of people across the country. The other half is running the experiments to find the answer. What you'll do Own retention and monetization as a growth loop. Set the targets, find the leverage, and drive the numbers for everything that happens after a player signs up Own the player segmentation framework. Today it's value and risk. You decide how it evolves, what signals feed it, and how the rest of the company uses it Build the AI-native growth stack.
