This role is responsible for managing rewards programs, HR systems, payroll governance, employee services, and process improvements while ensuring compliance with company policies and local labour regulations. The successful candidate will partner closely with business leaders and HR teams to drive operational excellence, enhance employee engagement, and deliver a high-quality people experience. Responsibilities Manage the design and implementation of compensation, benefits, and total rewards programs aligned with company strategy. Review salary structures, market benchmarking, incentive programs, and annual reward processes to maintain internal equity and market competitiveness. Lead HR operations, including HRIS, payroll governance, employee records, reporting, and HR service delivery. Ensure all HR policies, procedures, and employee services comply with labour law and company standards. Analyze HR data and metrics to provide business insights and recommend continuous improvements.
