About the Role: We are hiring a Senior Employment Counsel to be the first line of legal support for our People team. This person will advise directly on employment matters, manage our key legal and HR vendor relationships, and reduce our reliance on outside counsel. The opportunity We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner : an individual who is passionate about enabling a product-led organisation by engaging and hiring talented members across all different Business areas. What you will do: Own hiring end-to-end, from intake through offer, across Product, Tech, and Business, with Product as your primary area of depth. Work as a peer to hiring managers and Product leadership: run intakes that sharpen unclear requirements, push back when a profile isn't hireable, calibrate on candidates, and hold the process to a standard when timelines get tight. Develop sourcing strategies for talent that rarely applies passive outreach, Boolean, referrals, networking, and competitive intelligence across travel tech, marketplaces, and B2B SaaS. Maintain pipelines for critical and recurring roles, so we're not starting from zero each time a req opens. Coach hiring managers on interviewing and keep our assessment consistent as teams grow.
