The Opportunity We are looking for a Technical Operations Analyst to join our Control Room team. You will support the management of ongoing escalations and investigations, help ensure clear communication with our partners and management during issue resolution, and contribute to operational flows that keep all company products running smoothly. What you will do Operational Support : Monitor system operations daily to help maintain smooth processes across the platform. Incident Management : Assist in investigating reported issues, troubleshooting errors, and helping the team resolve incidents quickly. Jemand muss die Verantwortung dafür übernehmen, was diese Kennzahlen tatsächlich bedeuten, entscheiden, wann ihre technische Definition angepasst werden muss, diese Änderungen in unserem Data Warehouse umsetzen und sicherstellen, dass die Menschen, die mit diesen Zahlen arbeiten, sie selbst erklären und vertreten können. Genau darum geht es in dieser Rolle. Es ist keine klassische Reporting-Rolle, in der Anforderungen und Anfragen abgearbeitet werden. Stattdessen übernimmst du die Verantwortung für das analytische Fundament unserer geschäftskritischen KPIs – von der SQL-Logik im Data Warehouse bis hin zu den technischen Definitionen, auf die sich Finance und Management verlassen, wenn beispielsweise die Frage aufkommt, warum sich eine Kennzahl im vergangenen Monat verändert hat. Diese Position ist Teil des Business Intelligence Teams und kann vor Ort, hybrid oder vollständig remote innerhalb Deutschlands besetzt werden . KPI Ownership: Du verantwortest die technischen Definitionen und die zugrunde liegende Logik unserer geschäftskritischen KPIs – allen voran ARR und Umsatz. Dabei geht es nicht nur darum, bestehende Definitionen zu pflegen.
