Role Overview As Influencer Marketing Manager, you will develop and run Hilo’s influencer marketing program across our key markets. You will find creators whose voices and audiences fit our brand, negotiate effective partnerships, and shape content that makes Hilo relevant and credible. The role combines brand and performance: you will use data to estimate the potential of each partnership before we invest, measure its results, and apply what you learn to future campaigns. Work location: Our company operates on a remote-first model. This role can be performed remotely from anywhere in Europe. Fluent English and German are a must. Occasional travel to our office in Neuchâtel, Switzerland, or to team events may be required. Core Responsibilities Identify, assess, and recruit creators across relevant platforms and markets. This includes helping to prepare and maintain investor materials and marketing content, and contributing to the firm’s media presence. The role offers broad exposure to investor relations and marketing at an institutional DeFi investment firm.
