This role is a 50/50 blend of Human Resources and Talent Acquisition, supporting a remote workforce while helping attract, hire, and retain top talent across legal, immigration, and business operations functions. The ideal candidate is a hands-on HR professional who is equally comfortable managing payroll and benefits as they are sourcing and recruiting candidates.
