The category is growing fast because AI doesn't work on bad data. We're hiring one person to own content at Soda, end to end. Soda's mission is to monitor the world's decisions. We're building the first Data & AI performance monitoring platform that spans data collection to automated decision-making. Soda helps customers find, understand, and fix data quality issues. The Role The website. Technical blogs, webinars, and product videos. Your own content and following. One person cannot hand-make all of that. So you'll build the system that can. That isn't a stretch goal or a second phase - we don't think the job exists without it. You'll join the Growth team reporting to a co-founder. What you might call yourself. Content engineer, technical content marketer, growth engineer, marketing engineer, GTM engineer, developer advocate, technical writer who got bored, or nothing in particular. We've seen this job posted under every one of those. We don't care what's on your CV. You need to be able to write and you need to be able to build, and almost nobody can do both. Why this is a real problem and not a content calendar. The expertise is already in the building. Founders who have argued about this category for a decade. Customer engineers who spend their week inside broken pipelines at Fortune 500s. Customers who will tell you things nobody has published anywhere. Behind the product sits a group of three companies in two currencies, and a small finance team that keeps all of it correct. We're hiring a Finance & AI Automation Intern to run core finance processes and automate the manual work out of them. About Us Soda's mission is to monitor the world's decisions. We're building the first Data & AI performance monitoring platform that spans data collection to automated decision-making. Soda helps customers find, understand, and fix data quality issues by combining automated post-production monitoring with pre-production pipeline data testing. Soda was founded in 2019 by Maarten (employee #5 at Collibra) and Tom (creator of multiple open-source projects generating hundreds of millions in value). We commercialize through Soda Cloud and we're well-funded, with investors like Point 9 Capital, Hummingbird, Singular, and Eurazeo. The Role You'll join the Finance team that covers Soda Data NV (Belgium), Soda Data Inc. (US) and NannyML NV, the Belgian company we acquired in 2025. The work is real from week one: invoice processing, month-end reporting, payroll data preparation, expense management, and intercompany recharges across three entities, two currencies and three accounting systems. The second half of the job is making that work disappear. Finance at Soda builds agentically: Claude and other AI tools are part of the daily workflow, not an experiment on the side. You'll learn a process, run it until you know it cold, and then automate it. About Us Soda's mission is to monitor the world's decisions. We're building the first Data & AI performance monitoring platform that spans data collection to automated decision-making. Soda helps customers find, understand, and fix data quality issues by combining automated post-production monitoring with pre-production pipeline data testing. Soda was founded in 2019 by Maarten (employee #5 at Collibra) and Tom (creator of multiple open-source projects generating hundreds of millions in value). The Role You'll join our Platform team and own the full path from backend service to production: the Java services that power Soda Cloud and the AWS/Kubernetes infrastructure they run on. To be clear about the shape of this role: you're a backend engineer first. Most of your time goes into designing and building services. Infrastructure is the part of your craft that lets you own them all the way to production, not a separate job. This is not a DevOps or SRE position. You ship features, and you make sure the platform underneath them scales to billions of datasets.
