Description: About The Role As a Residential Valuer, you will be a key member of our team, collaborating with fellow Valuers and Directors to achieve Acumentis' business objectives and regional goals. Your responsibilities will include: High-Quality Valuations: Deliver valuations of the highest quality, adhering to client and company guidelines, and meeting required service level agreements (SLAs). Market Expertise: Maintain a deep understanding of sales trends and market conditions to inform valuation practices. Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, contributing to business development initiatives. Strategic Collaboration: Report regularly to the Regional Director and work closely to achieve targeted outcomes. This position is also open to an Associate Director or Director role for the right candidate. Skills and Experiences: About You Youâll be a great fit for us if: You have a minimum 2 year's relevant experience in residential valuations You possess tertiary qualifications in a relevant Property Degree You have a Certified Practising Valuer (CPV) Qualification You have strong working knowledge of the residential property market in Port Macquarie and surrounding areas. What You Will Do As Justice Officer, Grounds and Services, you will support daily prison services. You'll plan your work, maintain grounds and move items across the prison. You Will care for tidy and safe grounds, including lawns, plants and walkways. deliver items across the prison and keep to set schedules. load, unload, check and operate light delivery vehicles safely. help with meals, laundry, stores, property and minor maintenance tasks. plan daily work so essential duties are completed on time. About You You must hold a current Victorian driver's licence. Experience in maintenance or logistics is desirable, as is a forklift licence.
