Inautalent recrute, pour le compte d'un de ses clients — un acteur international du secteur des applications lifestyle et relationnelles, en croissance active sur le marché français — un(e) Associate Director, Integrated Marketing, en charge du pilotage stratégique du marché France. Le défi : ce poste consiste à identifier soi-même les enjeux et opportunités du marché français, puis à construire et exécuter la stratégie qui en découle — de bout en bout. Le poste est pensé pour quelqu'un qui est à l'aise pour opérer sans une large équipe, en portant plusieurs casquettes, et pour qui la construction d'une stratégie compte autant que sa mise en œuvre concrète sur le terrain. Requirements Le poste, en synthèse : Piloter le marché France de bout en bout : diagnostic des enjeux et opportunités, construction de la stratégie, exécution. Déterminer le marketing mix et faire des recommandations stratégiques sur le mix média payant. Piloter la collaboration quotidienne avec l'agence média, garantir l'alignement stratégique et l'optimisation continue des canaux payants. Construire des plans marketing intégrés multicanaux (média, influence, RP, partenariats), de la rédaction du brief à l'analyse de performance. Communiquer régulièrement les enjeux du marché, la stratégie et les résultats à la direction et aux parties prenantes transverses. Adapter les apprentissages globaux au marché français, et remonter les enseignements locaux à l'organisation globale. Profil recherché : Solide expérience en leadership, avec une capacité démontrée à superviser des responsables de canaux (channel leads) et à porter une stratégie globale cohérente. 8 à 10 ans d'expérience en marketing de marque, marketing intégré ou marketing stratégique, idéalement dans la tech grand public, le lifestyle ou des marques à forte identité culturelle.
