About the Role Due to growth our Brisbane team is seeking an Estimator who will support the preparation of cost plans, tenders and pricing for repeat work, ECI opportunities and hard dollar tenders. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on estimating work, working with project teams and helping deliver accurate, competitive submissions. Key Responsibilities Prepare cost plans, tenders and pricing submissions Support repeat work, ECI and hard dollar tender opportunities Work with project teams and stakeholders to gather information and prepare submissions Review drawings, specifications and project requirements Identify risks, gaps and commercial opportunities during the estimating process Prepare subcontractor packages and bill of quantities Liaise with subcontractors and suppliers to obtain pricing Maintain up-to-date market rates and pricing information Contribute to the preparation of bids across multi-residential, retail and industrial projects Use estimating software such as CostX to support accurate pricing and measurement About You Proven estimating experience in multi-residential, retail and / or industrial projects Commercially aware with strong attention to detail Confident preparing cost plans, tenders and pricing Strong communicator with good stakeholder management skills Able to work across a range of markets and trades Quantity Surveying or related background highly desirable Proficient in CostX or similar estimating software We genuinely care. The Opportunity Reporting to the Post-Harvest Manager, this position is responsible for the trimming (manicuring) of medical grade cannabis at Canopy Growthâs Tiverton facility. The successful candidate must be organized and have an eye for detail. Responsibilities Hand trim or machine trim product to prepare it for the next stage of processing. Conduct quality control inspections of final trimmed product. Perform MJ Freeway software transactions. Transfer plants to appropriate location. Create batches and waste packages. Record and maintain weights for pay for performance spreadsheet. Apply labels to individual pots, lifting up to 50lbs. Operating and maintaining equipment as per SOPs. Data entry (Google Docs, Email, etc.). Maintain a clean and organized workstation. Ensure the washbay remains organized and all equipment is cleaned in a timely manner so that flow is not interrupted. Clean grow rooms and dry rooms as required in accordance with SOPs. The successful candidate will join a well established team to ensure the security, safety, cleanliness, maintenance, repair, and monitor of communal areas. Along with assisting tenants in offering guidance assistance and advice. Responsibilities Develop and maintain effective working relationships with tenants and other members of the public, including advising tenants on use of equipment and services provided. Promote and implement the Councils equal opportunities policies and practices in relation to employment and services. Attendance at evening and day meeting when requested. Contribute to the development of self and others within the role. To include attending relevant training courses and participating in team meetings. Contribute to the maintenance of a healthy safe and a secure environment including carrying out estate inspections and completing minor repair and maintenance in communal areas.
