About The Role As the Store Manager at Platypus Shoes Hornsby, you'll lead a team of passionate casual team members alongside your Assistant Store Manager. Your primary mission is to drive sales and KPIs, coach and inspire your team, and deliver an outstanding customer experience. You'll work closely with your Area Manager to identify and act on opportunities for growth, all while operating in a high-profile retail environment. Key Responsibilities Drive the overall performance of your store by achieving sales targets, KPIs, and maintaining visual merchandising standards. Lead and motivate your team to deliver outstanding results in sales and customer service. Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales, celebrating wins and identifying areas for improvement. Manage rosters and wage costs in line with company targets and operational needs. Coach and develop team members, ensuring ongoing training, high morale, and strong succession planning. We are seeking experienced 1st Class CNC Machinist for multiple positions who are capable across multiple CNC machine types, manual machining, and with fitting experience to join our day, afternoon and night shift teams. As the 1st CNC Class Machinist, you will receive four weeks' annual leave, access to overtime, RDOs, uniform, access to on site canteen, all in the comfort of a temperature controlled working environment.
