The Social Community Representative is responsible for engaging with consumers, creators, and ambassadors across social media channels to build community, strengthen brand affinity, and support a positive customer experience. This remote, part-time role combines community management, creator support, social engagement, and content execution to help drive meaningful connections and brand growth. Reporting to the DIGITAL COMMUNITIES' ASSOCIATE MANAGER , the SOCIAL COMMUNITY REPRESENTATIVE will support our collegiate team in the following areas and meet the job requirements below. This is a remote, part-time position. -- Responsibilities Monitor and respond to direct messages, comments, tagged content, and community interactions across social media platforms to support audience engagement and strengthen brand affinity. Act as a trusted voice of the brand by reviewing and responding to consumer, creator, and ambassador inquiries with professionalism, accuracy, and attention to detail. Foster positive brand sentiment through timely, thoughtful, and on-brand interactions across all social channels.
