About JetBrains Air JetBrains has been building developer tools since 2000 — including IntelliJ IDEA, Kotlin, TeamCity, and more, now trusted by 15M+ developers at 287K companies worldwide. The company is 100% private, profitable, and driven by a single thesis: great tools make developers better. Air is what JetBrains is building next: an agentic development environment where multiple AI agents run tasks in parallel while the developer stays in control. It’s a genuinely new kind of developer tool — spanning a native desktop app, an expanding web experience, and cloud-based automations. It’s the next frontier after IDEs: not just helping developers write code, but helping them orchestrate it. The Air design team is two people now — and you’d be the third. Your primary focus will be the web surface and the automations sub-team : an emerging part of the product that is ready for dedicated design ownership, with a real opportunity to raise the bar and shape the experience from the ground up. What you’ll be working on Design the web interface for Air: team management, automation setup, and a results overview Shape the design process for the automations sub-team, working directly with developers to establish review and handoff practices You decide what gets built. You turn a vague product direction into scope, a plan and a shipped surface, and you say no to the rest. Own how the design system evolves across web and desktop: what belongs in it, what stays local, how two surfaces stay one product. Vibe-code and use AI for prototyping when it helps move ideas forward faster Participate in cross-team demos and quarterly planning, bringing a design perspective to where Air should go next What you need 7+ years of product design experience, with great examples of delivering results that impact the business. Ownership instinct. You see features through from design to production. Delivery is part of your definition of done. Excellent cross-team project delivery. You can work wit…

About Intch Intch is a professional social network with a marketplace for part time work. You can think of it as a professional network built for senior specialists who take on meaningful contracts alongside their main work. A typical contract lasts from three to six months. The product is used in 140 countries and is available in up to 20 languages. Intch has fewer than 40 people and four product areas, with three already live and one preparing to launch. Intch is rethinking how people and companies find each other and build trust online. Changes that made the interface feel more like a real conversation have already improved key metrics by up to three times. About the role Today one part time designer supports all Intch products. Since the company moved to a product based structure, that is no longer enough. Intch is now looking for its first full time designer. Product managers build and test early prototypes themselves. Around one in ten experiments moves forward. Your role is to join the thinking early, work through the problem with the product team and turn validated ideas into clear, production ready experiences. This is a hands on role with broad ownership. You will work across all Intch products and collaborate closely with product managers, engineers and the current designer. What you will work on Join product discussions early and help shape the problem before screens are made. Take a task from an open question to a production ready design. Design flows where the interface supports communication between people and businesses. Work on onboarding, profiles, discovery, paywalls and other core product areas. Cover key states, edge cases and handoff details, then stay involved during implementation. Extend the existing UI kit and keep patterns consistent across products. Increase the share of design work that can move into production without another rework round. What matters for this role Strong UI craft and a portfolio of clear, thoughtful interfaces. Solid…

Role: Senior Product Designer Company: SimpleStudy Location: Remote, Europe (preferably Western / continental); relocation to Lisbon possible Job Type: Full-time About SimpleStudy SimpleStudy is an AI exam prep platform that students find and choose for themselves. In some numbers: 1.5M+ students across the UK, Ireland, Brazil, South Africa, and Australia 40–50k new students every week Web, mobile, and desktop apps $4M seed round with investors from Strava, OpenAI, and Meta The traction came fast. Now the company is refounding: rebuilding the brand, the design language, and the product experience from scratch. The product grew like a Jenga tower, one feature on top of another. The job now is to rebuild it as a pyramid. The team is ~30 people, remote with a Lisbon office — lean, product-led, and deliberately not a typical edtech company. You'll report to José, the Founding Designer, and work with him as a partner. José tends to lead early framing and direction. You bring strong craft and take the work to the finish line, in close sync with engineering. You both shape the new design language, and you push back with a better idea when you see one. What you are expected to do: Shape the new design language and brand: design system, rebrand, and the new mobile app. Own the full design process — from an ambiguous problem to a polished, shipped solution. Drive the consumer experience: onboarding, social features, retention, and the learning loop. Work in close sync with engineers and PM, not as a handoff step - polish the implementation together until it feels right. Bring your own initiatives and say "no, but…" when you see a better way. Raise the bar for the whole design team. What you need to succeed: High craft — your visual work is polished and intentional; the details reveal your thinking. Storytelling over process — you take an ambiguous problem, frame it, and make it simple. Your portfolio shows artifacts, not diagrams; it has a point of view. Consumer instinct — …
