Launch your product career at Europe's leading music education platform Matchspace Music is Europe's leading music education platform. We help thousands of music teachers build sustainable careers from teaching, and we are scaling fast across international markets. You will work directly with our VP Product. In return you get a front-row seat in building AI-powered platforms, an AI-first way of working, and high visibility to the leadership team as we grow internationally. Turn customer insights and support feedback into clear, buildable user stories with business context, acceptance criteria and edge cases. Own the qualification funnel so nothing rots and no ticket enters a sprint under-specified. Sprint operations . Run backlog hygiene, standup and review mechanics, dependency flags and blocker tracking with our development team, so decisions get made once and stay made. UAT, QA and testing . Own regression and release testing. Reproduce defects properly, keep the bug board honest, and support UAT and end-to-end dry runs. Analytics and performance measurement .
