The Consultant delivers consulting and training services that support aviation organisations in improving safety, compliance, and operational performance. The role contributes to client delivery, product development, and business growth by applying technical knowledge, structured problem-solving, and effective stakeholder engagement across a range of assignments. Key Responsibilities: · Deliver consulting assignments by analysing client operations, identifying risks, and recommending practical, evidence-based improvements · Manage and contribute to client projects, ensuring delivery to agreed quality, time, and budget standards · Deliver training courses and facilitated workshops, adapting approach to meet learner needs and achieve defined learning outcomes · Apply detailed knowledge of Continuing Airworthiness regulations (including EASA Part-M / Part-CAMO, Part-145, and relevant frameworks such as CAP 747 and Part-21) within client environments, ensuring practical and compliant implementation · Assess organisational structures, management systems, and governance arrangements (e.g. CAMO and AMO, including MOE and CAME), identifying gaps and opportunities to improve both compliance and operational performance · Evaluate interactions between operations, maintenance, and airworthiness functions, identifying dependencies, risks, and inefficiencies across the system · Support the development and improvement of Continuing Airworthiness processes, including maintenance programme (AMP) activities, airworthiness review processes (ARC), and assurance of maintenance activities, including assessment of corrective actions · Build effective client relationships, support business development activities, and contribute to the continuous improvement of consulting tools, methodologies, and training products Required Qualifications & Experience: · Experience within aviation, with a strong focus on Continuing Airworthiness (e.g. CAMO, AMO, or equivalent operational environment) · Str…

Purpose of the Role The Associate Consultant is engaged on a contract basis to deliver defined consulting and/or training services to clients. The role exists to provide flexible, high-quality capability to support client engagements, contributing to the delivery of outcomes aligned to project objectives while operating independently as a supplier. This role is outcome-focused, with responsibility for delivering agreed services, outputs, or work packages rather than fulfilling an internal position within the organisation. Wir sind hey contact heroes, ein Kundenservice-Dienstleister aus dem Herzen von Hamburg, im Zentrum der HafenCity. Seit 2021 betreuen wir für Marken wie Telefónica, 1&1, Universal Music, Check24, Hamburg Wasser und enviaM deren Kundinnen und Kunden am Telefon, per Mail und im Chat. Mehr als 500 Teammitglieder arbeiten bei uns europaweit remote, und in den letzten Jahren sind wir jedes Jahr um 8 bis 10 Prozent gewachsen. Bei uns entstehen jeden Tag sehr viele Daten: Anrufvolumen, Bearbeitungszeiten, Qualitätswerte, Schichtpläne, Umsätze pro Projekt. Damit wir daraus noch mehr machen, suchen wir jemanden, der Zahlen liebt und gleichzeitig Spaß daran hat, Dinge zu bauen. Die Stelle ist zu 100 % remote und kann von überall in Europa besetzt werden. Aufgaben Du wertest unsere Daten aus allen Projekten aus und machst daraus Reports und Dashboards, mit denen Geschäftsführung, Projektmanagement und Kunden wirklich arbeiten können. Du richtest Datenbanken ein, pflegst sie und sorgst dafür, dass Daten aus Telefonie-, Ticket- und CRM-Systemen sauber zusammenlaufen. Du liest Daten über Schnittstellen und Exporte aus, bereinigst sie und bringst sie in eine Struktur, auf die man sich verlassen kann. Ein großer Teil deiner Arbeit ist Automatisierung. Du baust Workflows und automatisierte Prozesse, zum Beispiel mit n8n, Make oder eigenen Skripten, damit wiederkehrende Auswertungen, Datenabgleiche und Meldungen ohne Handarbeit laufen. Dabei arbeitest du eng mit unseren Projektleitungen und unserer IT zusammen und bringst eigene Ideen ein, was sich noch einfacher und schneller lösen lässt. Qualifikation Du hast ein tiefes Zahlenverständnis und erkennst schnell, ob eine Kennzahl stimmt oder ob etwas nicht passt. SQL beherrschst du sicher, und du hast Erfahrung mit relationalen Datenbanken wie MySQL, PostgreSQL oder MS SQL.
