We are seeking a UK-based Nominee Director to support corporate compliance requirements. This is a remote, non-operational position and does not involve the day-to-day management or running of the business. The role requires very little time commitment. Initial onboarding and bank account setup may require approximately 1-2 hours during the first month . Thereafter, involvement is typically limited to occasional document signing and administrative matters as required. Key Responsibilities Act as the appointed UK Nominee Director.
