Build the talent pipeline for a house that produces across 11+ countries â including the freelance crews, technicians and specialists our productions depend on. Design onboarding that gets new people from signed contract to confident on-site, quickly. 02 â Culture & experience Protect and shape the culture as the team grows: rituals, communication, the standard of hospitality we extend inward, not just outward. Own the employee experience through the realities of event production â intense build weeks, travel, seasonal peaks â and design recovery and balance into the calendar.
