Role Purpose The Account Executive, DACH drives new business growth for Omilia's Conversational AI platform across the German, Austrian, and Swiss markets. This role owns the full sales cycle for enterprise prospects in banking, insurance, healthcare, and utilities, from qualification through contract close, and is accountable for building a strong regional pipeline and consistently meeting revenue targets. The role acts as a trusted advisor to prospects, translating complex CX automation capabilities into clear business value for DACH enterprises. Accountabilities Own individual revenue targets for the DACH region and deliver consistent, predictable quota attainment.
