Key Responsibilities:
Lead the design, development, and implementation of complex software systems and features.

Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define requirements and deliver high-quality products.
Conduct thorough code reviews, providing constructive feedback and ensuring adherence to coding standards.

Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring system reliability and stability.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
5+ years of professional experience in software development.
Proven track record of designing, building, and launching successful software products.
Strong proficiency in at least one major programming language and associated frameworks.
Deep understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles.
Experience with distributed systems, cloud platforms, and scalable architectures.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and a meticulous attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
