Position Summary The Accounts Assistant will support the business by ensuring accurate processing of financial transactions, maintaining accounting records, assisting with reconciliations, and financial reporting. The role requires strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment while ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable financial regulations. Key Responsibilities Process supplier invoices, expense claims and payment requests accurately and on time. Prepare payment vouchers and maintain complete supporting documentation. Perform daily posting ofstransactions into the accounting system. Reconcile bank accounts, supplier statements and customer accounts. Maintain accurate accounts payable and accounts receivable records. Assist in preparing monthly financial reports and management accounts. Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
