🚀 About Nivoda Nivoda is a fast-growing B2B marketplace that is transforming the global diamond and gemstone industry. We connect buyers and sellers across the world, processing $300M+ in annual transactions and unlocking a $350B industry opportunity. We move fast, think big, and care deeply about the businesses and people we serve. 🌍 Our Mission The diamond trading industry has historically been fragmented, opaque, and inaccessible. Nivoda was founded to change that: to empower businesses of all sizes and locations to participate in a fair, efficient global marketplace. Every line of code, every integration, every automation we build brings us closer to that mission. About the Role We are looking for a Growth and Demand Gen Lead to own how Nivoda finds and wins new jewellers. This is a hands-on role for someone who lives in the channels and the numbers. You will run our paid, SEO, and account-based programs yourself, and you will be the person who works out which repeatable, scalable channels actually drive qualified leads, then builds them into an engine. We do demand gen a particular way. Rather than pushing people to a product page and hoping, we lead with genuine value: free tools, content, and resources that help jewellers run better businesses, and we let that earn the relationship. Your job is to build the acquisition machine around that model and prove, channel by channel, what works. You will start as an individual contributor with real ownership of the function, working alongside our paid, lifecycle, and GTM engineering talent. As the channels prove out and the work grows, there is a clear path to build and lead a team beneath you. What would you be doing? Own net-new customer acquisition: set the demand-gen strategy, then go and execute it yourself, hands-on, across paid and beyond. Run our paid channels day to day, Google and Meta to start. For now, the ad accounts are something you are in, not something you hand off. Find and build repeatable, scala…

Every line of code, every integration, every automation we build brings us closer to that mission. About the Role We are looking for a Product Marketing Lead to own how Nivoda explains itself: the positioning, the messaging, and the story that makes independent jewellers understand why we are worth switching to. This is the foundation the rest of marketing is built on, from paid campaigns to sales conversations. You will define who we are for, what we say, and why it lands, and then arm the whole go-to-market team to say it consistently. This is a hands-on role. You will own positioning and messaging, lead the go-to-market for new product launches, sharpen our competitive edge, and build the sales enablement that turns interest into customers. You will start as a senior individual contributor with real ownership of product marketing end to end. As the company grows there is room to build a function beneath you, but this is a role for a builder who wants to do the work, not just direct it. What would you be doing? Own Nivoda’s positioning and messaging: define who we are for, the problems we solve, and the words we use, and keep them sharp as the business evolves. Lead the go-to-market for product launches. Shape the narrative, coordinate across teams, and make sure new features land with the jewellers they are built for. Build the competitive intelligence that keeps us ahead: understand the alter…
