Project Manager at COSMOTE GLOBAL SOLUTIONS NV We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Project Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and ensuring successful delivery of projects through effective planning, coordination, and management of resources, timelines, and stakeholder expectations. Key Responsibilities: Assess projects' maturity against the chosen project management methodology and provide guidance for better compliance Maintain custom PPMO tooling for project planning, status and risk reporting, follow-up and organisation of PM activities at project and portfolio level. PPMO tooling consists of Power BI, Power Automate, Jira and SharePoint components Provide guidance to the teams on implementing the chosen management methodology and review their deliverables related to Project Management Support Project Managers to comply with IT Governance rules Participate in the reviews of estimated costs, timescales and resource requirements Provide support in preparing and maintaining project plans and track activities against the plans, providing regular and accurate reports Ensure that the monitoring of costs, timescales and resources is effectively handled and review proposed actions when deviations are identified Define and manage the change control procedure, gaining agreement for revisions to the project from Project Sponsors Requirements Minimum of 3 years' experience in a Project Management Office (PMO) role Minimum of 3 years' experience managing or supporting IT projects Minimum of 3 years' experience working in an Agile software development environment Hold an advanced project management certification (e.g. PM², PRINCE2 Practitioner, PMP, PMBOK or equivalent) Demonstrate strong theoretical knowledge of Scrum, including Scrum roles, ceremonies and artefacts Experience as a coach or trainer Minimum of 3 years' experience using Microsoft Power Platform tools, including Power Automate and Power Query Min…
