RESPONSIBILITIES : Orchestrate complex Life Sciences workflows including translation, QA, DTP, multimedia, and linguistic sign-off for LILT’s largest enterprise customers. Engage directly with customers to clarify project requirements, ensure all assets are received, and provide accurate status updates and confirm delivery in line with pre-defined SLAs Coordinate seamlessly with internal engineering and linguistic teams to resolve bottlenecks fast. Own internal and external communication within pre-defined SLAs Identify risks, potential issues, plan to and mitigate them, and escalate to the Program Leader as appropriate Define and delegate admin work to PCs Control budgets effectively Effectively balance and manage priorities across a variety of task types and customers Establishes deadlines /ensures deadlines are feasible and completes tasks by said deadlines Mitigates risk and escalates issues or problems in an effective manner, along with proposed solutions Asks pertinent questions to ensure full comprehension of the task in hand Strictly follows Production SOPs and best practices. Ensure projects are managed and delivered in line with Production KPIs (Margin, Quality, On Time Delivery) Meticulous attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple high-priority deadlines. Implement new features, efficiencies and initiatives in line with Department and Company goals.
