Dabei arbeitest du an spannenden Themen rund um Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, Cloud Services und Security. ................ For our client in Lausanne , we are looking for an experienced Digital Workplace Engineer - 3rd Level Support. In this role, youwill provide ongoing support for enterprise information systems and apply strong analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve issues related to the integration, deployment, and operation of End-User Compute services, including the Azure Virtual Desktop platform. Your Responsibilities: Handling of complex incidents escalated from Level 1 and Level 2 Support, including largescale crashes and operatiing system malfunctions Draft and maintain technical procedures and share knowledge with 1st & 2nd Level support teams (incl. deliver in-person and remote training to employees) Perform root cause analysis by reviewing logs, crash dumps, and related technical data to identify recurring issues and their underlying causes Support continuous improvement by deploying automated patches through endpoint management tools and maintaining device compliance with security and hardening standards Use scripting languages such as PowerShell to automate recurring administrative tasks and corrective actions.
