Role Purpose The Account Executive, DACH drives new business growth for Omilia's Conversational AI platform across the German, Austrian, and Swiss markets. This role owns the full sales cycle for enterprise prospects in banking, insurance, healthcare, and utilities, from qualification through contract close, and is accountable for building a strong regional pipeline and consistently meeting revenue targets. The role acts as a trusted advisor to prospects, translating complex CX automation capabilities into clear business value for DACH enterprises. Accountabilities Own individual revenue targets for the DACH region and deliver consistent, predictable quota attainment. Build and maintain a qualified pipeline of enterprise prospects across banking, insurance, healthcare, and utilities in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. The Senior Expense Accountant owns AP close and vendor account management, including complex and high-value vendor relationships, reporting to the VP of Finance. This role also owns the corporate card program and expense policy compliance, and mentors the Expense Accountant, building a resilient, cross-trained expense accounting function. Accountabilities Own AP month-end close and vendor account reconciliation, hitting a 5-business-day close target. Manage complex and high-value vendor relationships, including payment terms negotiation and escalations. Own the corporate card program (Payhawk) and expense policy compliance, including periodic T&E audits. Drive AP and expense automation (e.g., OCR invoice capture, automated 3-way match, self-service reporting) to sustain close speed and accuracy as transaction volume scales. Partner with FP&A and Procurement to drive spend visibility, budget accuracy, and continuous improvement of the source-to-pay process. Review and mentor junior accountant(s), building a resilient, cross-trained expense accounting function. Key Responsibilities Review payment runs (ACH/wire) and approval workflows, ensuring 2-way/3-way match discipline and segregation of duties.
