Learn more about our story at: https://rubylabs.com/about-us/ About The Role We are looking for Senior User Acquisition Manager (UAM) to take full ownership of TikTok acquisition for D2C products. You will work against real revenue data (CPA, ROAS, payback), not surface-level platform metrics, and you are expected to find and unlock new growth levers on your own. We work AI-first, so we also expect you to use Claude and automation to speed up campaign builds, analysis, reporting and optimization. Key Responsibilities Own all TikTok acquisition: strategy, execution, and results. Scale spend profitably across geos and funnels while holding CPA, ROAS and payback targets based on real revenue data. Build and optimize account structure, conversion events, bidding strategies and budget allocation (including Smart+ / automated campaign types, Spark Ads and other TikTok formats). Run a structured creative testing process: brief and iterate with the creative team, define hypotheses, decide what to kill and what to scale, and fight creative fatigue. Analyze performance daily and weekly, diagnose drops and spikes quickly, and act on them. Work with product, analytics and creative teams to improve funnels, signals and attribution quality. Maintain account health: handle ad disapprovals, appeals and restrictions, and build prevention-first habits so policy issues are caught before launch.
