Responsibilities ● Design, build, and deliver sustainable, scalable, reliable, and well-tested software into a secure cloud infrastructure. ● Advocate for and implement testing best practices across all disciplines, promoting a quality-driven and testable mindset within the team. ● Foster a collaborative environment where everyone shares the responsibility for quality and testing from the very outset of a project. ● Guide the team during planning and refinement sessions to accurately understand and estimate test efforts and identify dependencies. ● Pair with Software Engineers during development and code review to ensure appropriate test coverage at all levels and avoid any duplication of efforts. ● Develop and maintain robust tools for integration, regression, load, performance, and security testing, ensuring our automation framework is targeted, efficient, and resilient. ● Investigate and determine the root cause of complex issues by analyzing logs, databases, and system behavior.
