This is a newly established operation offering the opportunity to help shape it from the ground up. The Role Single-pilot and multi-crew VIP/VVIP flying for the owner, family, and guests (Airbus H135) Deck landings (day and night) on the yacht's helipad, plus operations at private and public locations across both cruising regions Close coordination with the yacht's captain, crew and shore-side operations team Full responsibility for flight safety, operational standards and passenger experience at the highest level of discretion Roster 3 weeks on / 3 weeks off, though in practice flexible around operational need — off time coordinated directly with the operating captain team rather than a rigid fixed pattern.
