Project Bay ist der erste CoWorking-Living Space mit direktem Meerzugang und neuer Hotspot für Innovation im Norden. Die Themen „Digitalisierung, Künstliche Intelligenz und neue Mobilitätslösungen“ werden hierbei mit regionaler Community, Work-Life-Balance und Natur pur verbunden. Wir bieten unseren Kunden Büro- und CoWorking-Flächen, Break-Out-Optionen sowie Fortbildungen, Freizeitangebote und Übernachtungen direkt am Meer auf Rügen. Des Weiteren verfügen wir über einen Accelerator "Founders Bay", um junge Startups mit Fokus auf Nachhaltigkeit zu unterstützen. Ab sofort sind wir auch im Aufbau des ersten MakerSpaces auf der Insel Rügen. Neben digitalen Lösungen ist es notwendig auch einen Ort für Hardware-Lösungen zu schaffen. Mit den Synergien unseres neuen Accelerators für nachhaltige Startups und den Kooperationen zu den Hochschulen, Kammern usw., möchten wir mit dem MakerSpace einen Ort für Handwerk, Selbstständige, Kreative und Startups schaffen. Neben diesen Themen beschäftigen wir uns rundum neue Projekte im Bereich: Expansion mit neuen Spaces, IT Lösungen, CarSharing, Tinyhäuser und noch vieles mehr. Aufgaben Du unterstützt beim Aufbau und der Entwicklung neuer Geschäftsbereiche und verfolgst selbstständig die Erreichung der Ziele. Du unterstützt die Geschäftsleitung in allen organisatorischen und administrativen Aufgaben. Du unterstützt die Geschäftsführung bei allen Unterfirmen/neuen Projekten (IT-Firma, CarSharing, Tinyhouses, neue Spaces) Du erstellst Entscheidungsvorlagen sowie Präsentationen und Grafiken inkl. Analysen. Du fungierst als Kommunikationsschnittstelle zwischen der Geschäftsleitung und externen Geschäftspartnern sowie Mitarbeitern in deutscher und englischer Sprache. Du übernimmst die Vor- und Nachbereitung von Meetings und Telefonkonferenzen inkl. Protokollführung.
