About Waniwani Waniwani builds the infrastructure that distributes insurance and banking products through AI assistants. We raised an $8M seed led by Seedcamp and work with large European banks and insurers. Each enterprise deal has to be scoped, architected, and deployed into a regulated environment. This role owns the layer between a signed deal and a live deployment. The role Customer workshops, discovery, and requirements (35%). Run technical discovery and workshops with each client, and translate their needs into clear, buildable product requirements for our sales, ops, and engineering teams. Flag what we need to build to support a given setup, such as client self-hosting. Solution architecture and documentation (35%). Design the end-to-end MCP flow and integration architecture for each client, including hosted versus on-premise scenarios, and produce the technical documentation enterprise clients require (BPI France alone is roughly 50 docs). Procurement, security, and delivery oversight (30%). Use our existing compliance library (SOC 2 program, DPAs, prior questionnaire answers) to complete security questionnaires, handle security committees and data-residency questions, and drive procurement to completion. Oversee the MCP deployment itself, which our freelancer network implements. Across all three, you build the reusable kit that makes this repeatable: scoping templates, architecture patterns, and a procurement answer library. Objectives 90 days: own scoping and procurement response for active deals, with the reusable kit used on at least one live deal end to end. 6 months: run the full signed-to-live pipeline, including architecture decisions and procurement ownership, without founders in the critical path. 12 months: a repeatable delivery process with patterns reused across clients, and a case for the first hire under this role. Requirements You are technically credible: you read code, reason fluently about integrations and the MCP and agent stack, and ca…

Our software helps retail teams build stronger customer relationships through thoughtful, intuitive technology. From clienteling and customer capture to appointments and in-store experiences, Endear gives brands the tools they need to create more personal interactions and drive measurable growth. You’ll design for store associates and managers running clienteling day to day, as well as admin users who help shape how those teams operate and manage their workflows. In this role, you’ll own features and projects from understanding the problem through research, testing, iteration, and production-ready design, while partnering closely with our Head of Product Design on vision and direction. The IRL roadmap is early. Many of these features don’t exist yet, so you’ll be defining problems through research before designing solutions. This role is well suited for someone comfortable creating clarity when the solution isn’t obvious. What You’ll Accomplish In your first 6 months, you’ll… Take ownership of IRL features from discovery through production-ready design Build a strong understanding of how store associates, managers, and admin users work within Endear Run research from early discovery through usability testing Design complete, accessible product experiences, including loading, empty, error, permi…

About Fyxer Fyxer launched in May 2024 and hit $1M in revenue across 3,000 paid users without spending a dollar on marketing. We've since gone from $1M to $30M ARR and raised a Series B led by Madrona, with Lakestar, 20VC and Marc Benioff behind us. Far more people start using Fyxer every month than we can speak to. Nobody owns turning those users into paying teams. That's the biggest surface in the company, and it's this seat. The role You work accounts where someone is already using the product. One person trying Fyxer is often a door into a 500-person company. Spot those fast, get to the people who sign, prove out the pattern so it repeats. You run the full cycle. First touch, discovery, demo, pricing, close. No handoffs. You also write the first version of everything: the pitch, the sequences, the objection handling, the qualification bar. None of it exists yet. What you prove out is what the next reps get trained on. What we're looking for High performer, president club pedigree seller who can name 30+ deals you closed yourself in the last 12 months Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels of an organization You've worked without a playbook, or built one where none existed Three years in or twelve. We care what you've done, not where you did it. How we work Time with customers is the only thing that compounds. Everything else is overhead. We automate the research, the notes, the CRM and the follow-up with our own product. We move fast and decide in the meeting. You own your outcomes. We challenge each other directly. It's intense and it isn't for everyone. The Fyxer Reality: Why We Win The Trajectory: We grew from $1M to $30M ARR with a team of just 32. The Evidence: Ranked 7th in Andreessen Horowitz’s list of top AI apps . Every other company in that top 10 is valued at $10B+. We are the outlier. The Culture of Agency: We hire exceptional people, give them total owne…
