Homa is a global mobile game developer and publisher creating games people love. We partner with studios and internally develop games, having launched over 80 titles, reached over 2 billion downloads, and seen our game All in Hole break into the global top-50 grossing charts. These are milestones, not the finish line. With deep expertise in product and technology, we built Homa Lab, our proprietary platform that gives developers the market intelligence, data tools, and game tech, with AI built-in, to find product–market fit fast and scale mass-market games into lasting experiences players enjoy for years. This is our flywheel: Homa Lab helps studios spot the right ideas early, turn them into games quickly, and reach millions of players. Every launch brings back data and insights that fuel the next hit, making each turn of the loop faster, smarter, and more likely to win. AI supercharges this process, running through everything we do, from everyday tasks to our guiding principles. What powers the loop is talent density. 220+ people from 30+ nationalities, bringing expertise from the world’s best studios and companies. We uphold ambition, curiosity, humility, and focus, and deliver with speed, excellence, and candor. Since the start, we’ve raised $165M from Headline, Northzone, Eurazeo, Bpifrance, and the founders of King, Sorare, and Spotify, people who’ve built and backed the games and platforms we admire, now supporting our drive to create the next ones. At Homa, we are building the next billion-player experiences from the ground up and shaping the future of entertainment. Mission As a Lead Product Manager on our RPG games, you'll play a key role in defining and owning the product roadmap for our live RPG games portfolio end-to-end, starting by turning one of our current strongest live titles into a franchise players stay with for years. If you want meaningful work, visible impact and put something genuinely rare on your CV, keep reading. About the role: We're hiring for Self-Managed Experience (SMX) — the team responsible for making Camunda 8 deployable in a self-service way for customers who run their own infrastructure. SMX covers two areas of work: installation artifacts (Helm chart, Docker Compose, C8Run) and reference architectures & cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure). This role sits primarily on the installation artifacts side — building, maintaining, and releasing the artifacts that ship Camunda 8 to every self-managed customer. Role: Senior Product Designer Company: SimpleStudy Location: Remote, Europe (preferably Western / continental); relocation to Lisbon possible Job Type: Full-time About SimpleStudy SimpleStudy is an AI exam prep platform that students find and choose for themselves. In some numbers: 1.5M+ students across the UK, Ireland, Brazil, South Africa, and Australia 40–50k new students every week Web, mobile, and desktop apps $4M seed round with investors from Strava, OpenAI, and Meta The traction came fast. Now the company is refounding: rebuilding the brand, the design language, and the product experience from scratch. The product grew like a Jenga tower, one feature on top of another. The job now is to rebuild it as a pyramid. The team is ~30 people, remote with a Lisbon office — lean, product-led, and deliberately not a typical edtech company. You'll report to José, the Founding Designer, and work with him as a partner. José tends to lead early framing and direction. You bring strong craft and take the work to the finish line, in close sync with engineering. You both shape the new design language, and you push back with a better idea when you see one. What you are expected to do: Shape the new design language and brand: design system, rebrand, and the new mobile app. Own the full design process — from an ambiguous problem to a polished, shipped solution. Drive the consumer experience: onboarding, social features, retention, and the learning loop. Work in close sync with engineers and PM, not as a handoff step - polish the implementation together until it feels right. Bring your own initiatives and say "no, but…" when you see a better way. Raise the bar for the whole design team. What you need to succeed: High craft — your visual work is polished and intentional; the details reveal your thinking. Storytelling over process — you take an ambiguous problem, frame it, and make it simple. Your portfolio shows artifacts, not diagrams; it has a point of view. Consumer instinct — …

About Waniwani Waniwani builds the infrastructure that distributes insurance and banking products through AI assistants. We raised an $8M seed led by Seedcamp and work with large European banks and insurers. Each enterprise deal has to be scoped, architected, and deployed into a regulated environment. This role owns the layer between a signed deal and a live deployment. The role Customer workshops, discovery, and requirements (35%). Run technical discovery and workshops with each client, and translate their needs into clear, buildable product requirements for our sales, ops, and engineering teams. Flag what we need to build to support a given setup, such as client self-hosting. Solution architecture and documentation (35%). Design the end-to-end MCP flow and integration architecture for each client, including hosted versus on-premise scenarios, and produce the technical documentation enterprise clients require (BPI France alone is roughly 50 docs). Procurement, security, and delivery oversight (30%). Use our existing compliance library (SOC 2 program, DPAs, prior questionnaire answers) to complete security questionnaires, handle security committees and data-residency questions, and drive procurement to completion. Oversee the MCP deployment itself, which our freelancer network implements. Across all three, you build the reusable kit that makes this repeatable: scoping templates, architecture patterns, and a procurement answer library. Objectives 90 days: own scoping and procurement response for active deals, with the reusable kit used on at least one live deal end to end. 6 months: run the full signed-to-live pipeline, including architecture decisions and procurement ownership, without founders in the critical path. 12 months: a repeatable delivery process with patterns reused across clients, and a case for the first hire under this role. Requirements You are technically credible: you read code, reason fluently about integrations and the MCP and agent stack, and ca…
