Your creative field At GPORTAL , our vision is to build individual and easy-to-use online gaming experiences for the world. Driven by our “from gamer for gamer” passion, we've grown into one of the leading game server providers - offering more than just servers, unlike other hosting companies. For over 20 years, we've been bringing virtual worlds into people's homes with just a few clicks. Our mission: enabling experts and beginners alike to play their favourite games together with their friends. From Palworld and Enshrouded to Minecraft and Battlefield, we offer around 100 multiplayer games across every genre. GPORTAL is looking for a Director Marketing who is ready to take the wheel of our entire marketing department, performance marketing, social media, partner management, community management, and graphic design. Reporting directly to our CEO, you will be part of the core management team from day one, with the kind of ownership over people and KPIs you will not find in every gaming company. In your first six months, the priority is simple: keep the team running strong while you get a real feel for GPORTAL's business, our vision, and where we are headed. You will take full budget responsibility, from managing current spend and staying on top of marketing invoices to building the annual forecast. You will also size up the market to derive strategic conclusions on where we push next. From there, you settle in as a driving force in our management team and sharpen how the marketing department works so it is well set up for the future. That includes working hand in hand with our tech teams on product-related topics such as checkout flows or game updates and launches. You also take full responsibility for onboarding, managing, and offboarding our external agencies and freelancers. On top of that, you build real connections with the marketing team over at Contabo Group to create synergies wherever possible. Just as important: brand visibility and closeness to the commu…

Your creative field We are looking for a full-time, permanent Senior Network Engineer to start as soon as possible. We live remote-first, but you have the freedom to choose whether you want to work hybrid or completely on-site due to your proximity to one of our locations (Berlin, Cologne, Hamburg, Munich). Contabo Group operates one of Europe's largest cloud infrastructure platforms, with data centres across Europe and beyond. As our new Senior Network Engineer, you take on the network backbone that thousands of customers rely on every day, with real ownership from day one. Right now, the biggest milestone on your plate is the build out of our new AI data centre. You inherit a fully designed Leaf-Spine architecture built on Arista EOS, BGP EVPN, and VXLAN, take ownership of it, refine it where it needs refining, and drive everything from commissioning through to stable production operations. Alongside that, you keep our existing LTG infrastructure running reliably: you design, build, and operate complex network, server, and security systems, analyse and resolve faults, and harden our network security through scrubbers, firewalls, ACLs, and NAC. You monitor network traffic and infrastructure performance, extrapolate the KPIs that matter to management, and coordinate with external service providers and remote hands across the globe. You keep our network diagrams, runbooks, change logs, and system documentation in good shape, and you work closely with Platform Engineering on Cilium BGP peering, Kubernetes node network configuration, and IPAM, acting as the ongoing interface between NetOps and Platform. You join a self-organising, agile team that owns its problems end to end, from analysis to resolution, without micromanagement. On top of that, you will have real room to grow into infrastructure automation, DDoS mitigation with Nokia Deepfield, observability, and BGP EVPN fabric engineering, alongside plenty of national and international project work. You report direc…

Your creative field We are looking for a full-time, permanent Technical Project Manager (all genders) to join our PMO team as soon as possible. We embrace a remote-first approach (within Germany), but you can choose whether you’d like to work in a hybrid model or entirely on-site, depending on your proximity to one of our locations (Berlin, Hamburg, Cologne, Munich). As a Senior Technical Project Manager, you are a cornerstone of strategy execution at Contabo – and you're joining at a time when a lot is moving strategically. Alongside the continued evolution of our existing cloud infrastructure, we are driving initiatives that will expand our portfolio well beyond what exists today over the coming years. This is exactly where your role comes in: embedded in our PMO, you take end-to-end ownership of technical projects across development teams and business functions – including initiatives for which no blueprint exists yet, where you help shape structures from the ground up. You work at the intersection of technology and business: you translate sometimes still ambiguous requirements into executable plans, actively challenge requirements, and structure initiatives into scalable roadmaps, iterations, and implementation phases. In your day-to-day work, you coordinate priorities, dependencies, and delivery sequencing across multiple teams and parallel workstreams, identify resource bottlenecks and delivery risks early, and ensure transparency through structured reporting, clear governance, and effective escalation management – especially when scope and priorities shift in our fast-moving environment. You'll be working with tools like Jira, Confluence, and comparable solutions. Beyond individual projects, you shape the PMO itself: you continuously develop our standards and processes, support portfolio alignment and prioritisation, and share your knowledge as a mentor to junior project managers. A lean PMO at Contabo means a high degree of autonomy and genuine ownership – …

With currently around 100 employees, we continue to grow – and we are looking for people with character who want to help us improve the healthcare system and solve administrative complexity across care journeys in Europe. What you'll own as our Senior AI Product Designer You'll own end-to-end design for one of our core product areas, on a platform where AI is the foundation of the product, not a bolt-on feature. Your mission is to bring consumer-grade craft to a B2B healthcare product used by clinicians and hospital administrators under real time pressure, and to help invent the design patterns for AI-native surfaces that don't exist anywhere else yet. You design the AI-native surfaces our platform is built around, including multi-modal interfaces, agent state, uncertainty, and human-in-the-loop controls, inventing the patterns as you go rather than adapting existing ones. You own end-to-end design for a product area – Discharge Core, Voice Desktop, Extract & Docs, Patient Overview, or Agent – taking work from a messy problem statement through to what ships in production. You contribute to our design system, building the components and AI-specific conventions that other designers and teams build on. You partner closely with product and engineering, shaping technical and product direction rather than being handed a spec to execute against. You work with other designers across the organisation, bringing your input and influence beyond your own produc…
