The Role BRIXIO is building a genuine managed services capability — not simply a ticket queue. As an MSP Engineer , you will operate client Cloudflare environments during your shift, combining reactive incident management with structured, proactive engineering. You will detect and investigate issues before clients report them, resolve incidents within committed service levels, execute production changes under controlled processes, and carry out proactive activities designed to improve security, performance and service stability over time. Managed services and support are delivered by the same team. This means your role spans both incident response and scheduled proactive work , with proactive engineering time protected within the rota rather than fitted around ticket volume. You will be the technical responder on shift , but you will not carry an account alone. Client relationship management and reporting are owned by the Delivery Manager, while technical arbitration sits with the MSP & Support Lead. There is no expectation to be reachable outside your scheduled shift . Working Pattern BRIXIO operates a follow-the-sun model across its teams in Morocco and the Philippines, designed around client demand and defined service coverage windows. The Role As a Professional Services Engineer , you will design, build and implement Cloudflare environments for BRIXIO's French-speaking enterprise and public-sector clients and help take them successfully into production. This is a hands-on implementation role covering onboarding, migration from existing CDN and WAF platforms, WAF and DDoS deployment, Zero Trust rollout, DNS cutovers, SASE and production hardening. You will work within properly planned and governed client projects. The Delivery Manager owns the project plan and delivery governance, while the Principal Architect provides technical authority and owns the overall design. Your responsibility is the build, validation and client-facing technical implementation . The client portfolio includes French banks, industrial groups, public bodies and media organisations. You will regularly work directly with their technical teams in French, explaining what you are implementing, why particular decisions have been made and how production changes will be managed. You will bridge the gap between raw event data and actionable intelligence, building high-throughput pipelines and robust APIs that serve our engineering and ML teams. Your mission is to ensure that streaming and batch data move seamlessly from ingestion to storage, providing our teams with reliable, high-quality data they can trust for critical security decisions. Requirements Responsibilities Pipeline Engineering: Build and scale high-throughput streaming pipelines using Apache Beam and Dataflow. Storage & Ingestion: Optimize data flows into BigQuery and Bigtable for speed and reliability. API Ownership: Develop and maintain Python-based data APIs (FastAPI) for internal services. Proactive Improvement: Actively look for ways to make our data systems faster, more reliable, and easier to use. Technical Investigation: Dig deep into complex data anomalies to find and solve root causes. Collaborative Engineering: Partner with ML/Product teams to build practical, usable data schemas.
