Deine Mission Wir bauen den ersten Payment-Dienstleister, mit dem Schulen und Kitas in Deutschland wirklich alles bargeldlos abwickeln können und suchen Verstärkung. Als Product Engineer im Bling Schule Team übernimmst du von Tag eins an echte Ownership: viel Freiheit, kurze Wege und die Chance, ein Produkt von Grund auf mitzugestalten und unsere bestehenden Systeme weiterzuentwickeln. Du shippst Features end-to-end, bist also von der ersten Idee über die Entwicklung bis zum Launch verantwortlich. Dabei triffst du gemeinsam mit unserem CTO und unserem Lead Developer die technischen Entscheidungen, die zählen und ihr funktioniert dabei wie ein eigenes kleines Startup im Startup. Am Ende trägt deine Arbeit direkt dazu bei, dass Bling Schule zu der robusten, sicheren und skalierbaren Plattform wird, auf der Zahlungen für tausende Familien und Schulen reibungslos laufen. Deine Aufgaben Du entwickelst gemeinsam mit unserem CTO und unserem Lead Developer Bling Schule weiter, von ersten Ideen über die technische Konzeption bis zum Go-live neuer Features. Du gestaltest und optimierst die technische Infrastruktur (u. a. Node.js/TypeScript-Services, Datenbanken, AWS-Umgebung), die bargeldlose Zahlungen zuverlässig, sicher und skalierbar macht. Du bringst dich aktiv in Architekturentscheidungen ein und denkst mit, wie sich Bling Schule technisch weiterentwickeln sollte, statt nur Tickets abzuarbeiten. Du stehst im direkten Austausch mit unseren Kund:innen, sammelst Feedback aus dem Schul- und Kita-Alltag und setzt daraus Lösungen um, die einen echten Unterschied machen. Du übernimmst Ownership für die Themen, die du mitgestaltest – inklusive Code-Qualität, Tests und einem sauberen, wartbaren Setup. The Procurement Manager is responsible for leading the procurement function to ensure a reliable and cost-effective supply of materials supporting manufacturing operations. This role develops and executes procurement strategies, manages supplier performance, partners cross-functionally to support production requirements, and drives continuous improvement initiatives that optimize inventory, reduce costs, and strengthen supply chain performance. Responsibilities : Identify and implement cost reduction initiatives while maintaining product quality and supply continuity. Collaborate with Planning, Operations, Engineering, and Manufacturing to ensure material availability supports production schedules. Analyze purchasing trends, supplier performance, and market conditions to identify opportunities for improvement and mitigate supply chain risks. Manage procurement activities to optimize inventory levels while minimizing excess and obsolete inventory. Develop contingency plans to reduce supplier risk and improve supply continuity. Support new product introductions through supplier sourcing, qualification, and procurement planning. Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies, contractual requirements, and ethical sourcing standards. Provide leadership and direction for the procurement function by coaching and developing the Buyer while building a high-performing procurement organization. Drive continuous improvement initiatives that improve procurement processes, supplier performance, and operational efficiency.
