Tasks We're building a partner ecosystem with private equity at its core. A single relationship with the right operating partner can open doors across dozens of portfolio companies, while RevOps agencies and CRM implementation partners source deals and deliver rollouts at scale. As Head of Partnerships, you'll own this channel end to end, working directly with Janis (CEO & Co-Founder) and the GTM team to turn partners into a repeatable source of pipeline and revenue. Tasks Build and own Weflow's PE partnership strategy, targeting firms, operating partners, and portfolio-ops leaders whose portfolios fit our ICP Structure commercial models for PE partnerships, including portfolio-wide rollouts, preferred-vendor arrangements, and referral agreements Grow our program with RevOps agencies and CRM implementation partners, covering recruitment, enablement, partner economics, and joint go-to-market Connect PE firms with the right implementation partners to deliver portfolio-wide rollouts quickly and consistently Partner with sales, marketing, and product to convert relationships into qualified pipeline and build supporting assets such as ROI cases and portfolio playbooks Represent Weflow at PE events, portfolio summits, and partner networks Establish playbooks and reporting that make partnerships a measurable, scalable part of our GTM engine Requirements Experience in private equity, portfolio operations, strategy consulting, or a role working closely with PE operating partners or portfolio leadership Proven track record building or scaling a …

Damit unsere Kunden schnell starten und unsere Lösungen im Alltag sicher nutzen können, bauen wir unser Onboarding und Customer Success von Grund auf auf. Dafür suchen wir dich in Teilzeit mit zunächst 20 Stunden pro Woche. Du betreust unsere Bestandskunden persönlich und entwickelst zugleich wiederverwendbare Inhalte und intelligente Abläufe. Du kannst Verbesserungen selbst vorantreiben und arbeitest dabei mit Kollegen zusammen, die dich bei der Umsetzung unterstützen. Auch Bestandskunden, die bisher wenig Begleitung hatten, holst du gezielt ab. Onboarding-Videos und Hilfen entwickeln: Du planst und erstellst kurze, verständliche Videos zur Plattform sowie Schritt-für-Schritt-Anleitungen, Checklisten und Antworten auf häufige Fragen – eigenständig oder gemeinsam mit Kollegen. Du baust eine gut auffindbare Wissensbasis auf, mit der Kunden typische Fragen selbst klären können.
