Summary Of Job Responsibilities As a Valet driver, you will be responsible for handling all arrivals, and departing vehicles at the Hotel Valet, Casino Valet, Carpark Valet, MICE, and Hall Parking. Additionally, you are required to perform static duties at the curb to direct traffic, assist in opening vehicle doors and not limited to assist on luggage for arrival at the Hotel driveway. You are expected to deliver the required service standard based on Forbes service standards consistently. You must perform and support the Valet operations, and under the supervision of Valet Captains, and Managers to ensure that all the tasks are being completed on time and based on the standards set by the department. You should also work in close collaboration with other Valet drivers, traffic marshals and the bellman who are on duty at the driveway to ensure seamless arrival and departure for all guests. Job Responsibilities Handle valet vehicles within the property of Marina Bay Sands in line with the departmental standards Operate the Valet Management System according to departmental guidelines. Assist in managing the traffic around the property of Marina Bay Sands as well as ensuring and maintaining safety of guests and vehicles. Provide level of service and experience according to the departmental audit standards and work as a team to achieve the departmental KPIs. Direct incoming vehicles to the designated lanes and into specific areas of self-park whenever required. Restrict incoming vehicles and manage taxi queue when required to ease congestion within the property. Manage Hall Parking in the event of self-park overflow. To provide safe and efficient routine and non-routine maintenance to FedEx aircraft, under some supervision, in accordance with FedEx policies ad procedures, as well as FAA regulations. Education and Qualification: Diploma and equivalent.
