We combine paid media, owned media, creative, and analytics to help our clients scale profitably. Our team is made up of specialists who are deeply invested in their craft — and in the success of the brands they serve. This isn't a "jack of all trades" environment. We hire people who are exceptional at what they do, then give them the resources and autonomy to do it well. The Opportunity We're looking for a Graphic Designer and Video Editor who creates with conversion in mind. You'll design across a portfolio of e-commerce clients, working closely with our email, CRO, Shopify development, and paid media teams. You'll also use Claude and other AI tools as a real part of your workflow — to move faster on ideation, variations, and production, without sacrificing quality or brand consistency. This role starts part-time at 15 hours/week, with real room to grow as your client roster and responsibilities expand. What You'll Own Email & Retention Design Design campaign and automated flow emails (newsletters, welcome, abandoned cart, post-purchase, win-back, etc.) that are on-brand and built to drive clicks and revenue Design mobile-first, with clear hierarchy, scannable layouts, and strong calls to action Prepare email-ready files and specs (image slicing, live text vs. image text, alt text, dark mode considerations) for clean builds in Klaviyo and other email platforms Web Creative & CRO Support Design landing pages, homepage, and collection page sections, product page (PDP) modules, banners, and promotional assets for Shopify…
