Responsabilidades do dia a dia: Liderar o design, desenvolvimento e implementaÃ§Ã£o de modelos avanÃ§ados de Machine Learning, incluindo redes neurais, modelos estatÃsticos e matemÃ¡ticos para resolver problemas de negÃ³cio complexos. Explorar e aplicar ativamente as mais recentes inovaÃ§Ãµes em InteligÃªncia Artificial Generativa (GenAI), Large Language Models (LLMs) e Agentes para criar soluÃ§Ãµes de ponta. Atuar como referÃªncia tÃ©cnica e mentor(a) para a equipe de Cientistas de Dados, promovendo o desenvolvimento profissional e a troca de conhecimento. Colaborar de perto com equipes multidisciplinares (Engenharia, Produto, NegÃ³cios) para identificar oportunidades, traduzir requisitos em soluÃ§Ãµes tÃ©cnicas e garantir a entrega de valor.
