Haut.AI is a pioneering BeautyTech startup at the forefront of personalized skincare solutions. We combine scientific research with artificial intelligence to deliver innovative solutions that actually work. Backed by leading European VCs and founded by AI scientists, we are positioned at the intersection of two explosive growth markets: AI and beauty tech. We are looking for a Lead Product Manager to own the go-to-market side of our product. Our team is strong on technology and delivery. What we need now is someone who owns the commercial half of product: who we sell to, what we package and price, how we launch, and how a customer gets from signature to value. What You'll Do: Turn ambiguity into clarity: take fuzzy problems from key enterprise accounts and come back with a crisp problem statement, a prioritized experiment and a decision. Own packaging and pricing: tiers, bundles, API usage models, pilot-to-production pricing, expansion. Test it against real deals, not in a spreadsheet. Own product launches end to end: plan, positioning, pricing, docs, enablement and measure adoption afterwards instead of moving straight to the next release. Map the customer journey from first demo to go-live and expansion, and design onboarding that shortens time-to-first-value; turn what Customer Success does by hand into product. Define and defend the product roadmap as explicit bets with hypotheses, timelines, and success metrics tied to company OKRs. Be the product voice in commercial conversations: join enterprise calls, hear the objections first-hand, and bring them back into the roadmap. Feed a prioritized, evidence-based demand signal to the delivery PMs and Engineering — you own the what and the why, they own the how. What will help you thrive in this role: 6+ years in Product Management for B2B or B2B2C SaaS, with clear ownership of go-to-market — not only backlog and delivery. You have taken products or major product lines to market commercially, and can tell us what wo…

We combine scientific research with artificial intelligence to deliver innovative solutions that actually work. Backed by leading European VCs and founded by AI scientists, we are positioned at the intersection of two explosive growth markets: AI and beauty tech. We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer to own the experience of our core product: an AI-powered skin analysis SaaS platform used by beauty brands, retailers, clinics, and wellness and longevity apps. What You'll Do: Own end-to-end design for the SaaS platform: discovery, user flows, prototypes and shipped UI. Design the consumer-facing skin analysis experience: capture, results, skin scores and product recommendations. It has to work across web and mobile, and stay customizable for each client’s brand. Turn complex AI and scientific output into interfaces people understand and trust. This includes the moments where the AI is uncertain or needs better input from the user, such as photo quality or lighting. Design the B2B side of the product: client dashboards and analytics, configuration and customization tools, recommendation management, and team access. Make integration easy: work with Engineering on the experience of embedding our solution into client websites and apps. Prototype fast, using AI tools to test ideas with users, clients and engineers before they reach the backlog. Run usability tests and competitive research, and back design decisions with data: product analytics, session recordings, client feedback. Swarm Aero is redefining air power, building the largest swarming UAV and the most versatile swarming aircraft network in the world. The company is moving quickly to launch the first aircraft designed specifically for swarming, as well as the Command & Control software to mobilize swarms of thousands of heterogeneous autonomous assets and empower human operators to achieve superhuman results. The team has created and exited multiple startups, negotiated defense deals worth billions of dollars, and designed and built 30+ novel aircraft, with aerospace experience from Scaled Composites, Airbus, Archer Aviation, Blue Origin, and Boom Supersonic. About the Role We've built an autonomy stack that already runs on real programs and real hardware, and we designed it to be platform-agnostic from the start. The next step is the one that matters most: scaling it onto our own aircraft to field the largest drone swarm in the world. We're looking for a Software Engineer, Autonomy to own that stack and lead the work. This is a high-leverage technical role. You'll own the architectural direction for the perception, planning, and control systems running onboard every vehicle in the swarm, and you'll raise the bar for the autonomy engineers building around you. What You'll Do Own and evolve our autonomy stack, extending proven robotic foundations with agentic AI for onboard reasoning, adaptation, and swarm coordination at scale. Harden and extend the inter-robot and C2 communication protocols behind tactical swarm decision making on the edge, including under degraded and contested comms. Revisit and defend the hard technical tradeoffs as we move to aircraft and scale: onboard vs. offboard compute, centralized vs. distributed decision making, determinism vs. adaptability. Some of our current answers carry over. Some won't survive the move to airborne compute and contested comms. You'll decide which. Take autonomy capability from integration and test into fielded operation, and close …

The team has created and exited multiple startups, negotiated defense deals worth billions of dollars, and designed and built 30+ novel aircraft, with aerospace experience from Scaled Composites, Airbus, Archer Aviation, Blue Origin, and Boom Supersonic. About the Role Most software engineers never see their code tested against reality. At Swarm Aero, that's the baseline. We are looking for a Forward Deployed Software Engineer to embed directly with U.S. government and military customers and own the technical success of our C2 systems in the field. You will be the person who makes our software work -- not in a lab, not in a staging environment, but in real operational contexts across domestic and international deployments. Austere locations, high-stakes timelines, and complex distributed systems are the job. This is a full-scope engineering role. You will build critical integrations, debug core services, contribute to new development, and ship solutions that warfighters and government operators depend on. If you want to write code that matters and see it run in environments most engineers never touch, this is the role. What You'll Do Build and own critical software integrations that bring our C2 systems to life in customer environments -- from initial deployment through production reliability across diverse hardware configurations and operational contexts Debug complex distributed systems issues in the field, analyzing logs, network traffic, and system performance to resolve failures fast and with minimal support Contribute to core service development alongside the engineering…

This is a deep algorithm role for someone who lives in the details of detection, tracking, and estimation, and wants to see their work fly. What You'll Do Train, tune, and test automatic target recognition and track management systems using the latest advancements in neural networks. Develop multi-sensor fusion and state estimation algorithms (Kalman filters, particle filters, multi-target tracking) running onboard resource-constrained vehicles. Design distributed fusion approaches that combine tracks across the swarm into a single coherent picture. Rigorously characterize algorithm performance against real-world flight data and simulation. Optimize models and estimators for real-time inference on edge compute. Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code. Travel up to 25% of the time for onsite test and integration events. Basic Qualifications MS or PhD in Robotics, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Applied Math, or related field, or equivalent depth of applied experience.
