Wir bauen die technologische Infrastruktur für CO₂-Prämien in der Elektromobilität: regulatorische Prozesse und Finanzflüsse für B2C- und B2B-Kunden, digital abgewickelt. Das heißt konkret: Statusmodelle mit rechtlicher Konsequenz, Auszahlungslogik, Nachweisketten, Schnittstellen zu Behörden und Partnern. Die Domäne ist der schwierige Teil, nicht das Framework. Die spannende Aufgabe der nächsten Monate: Unsere Hauptanwendung läuft auf Rails 8. Zwei weitere Anwendungen sollen in diese Codebasis aufgenommen werden. Das ist keine Portierungsarbeit, sondern eine Modellierungsfrage — drei gewachsene Domänen mit überlappenden Begriffen zu einem konsistenten System zusammenführen, ohne dass am Ende alles mit allem zusammenhängt. Wer gern über Bounded Contexts und die richtigen Schnitte nachdenkt, findet hier reichlich Substanz. Wir betreiben auf Linode und Bare Metal mit PostgreSQL, Redis und Sidekiq. CI/CD läuft über GitHub Actions, Monitoring und Observability über AppSignal. Das Team besteht aus vier Entwicklern und einem Product Owner, davon zwei Rails-Seniors. Wir haben eine gemeinsame Vorstellung davon, wo die Systemarchitektur hin soll, und beraten uns gegenseitig zu unseren Lösungen. Entscheidungen fallen im Team, nicht auf einer Ebene darüber. Aufgaben Konsolidierung - Du führst zwei bestehende Anwendungen in die Rails-8-Codebasis über und triffst dabei die Schnitte, die das System danach tragen.
